Love Point Ventures, Inc. is a fully comprehensive site development & underground

utility contracting company proudly serving the Delmarva area. The foundation of

our success is built upon the positive and professional relationships we maintain

with our clients, sub contractors, area inspectors, and our employees. Our dedicated

staff has the knowledge and ability to ensure the complete success of your project,

on time, and under budget. 

​In 2010 Love Point Ventures expanded our hauling and material transport division

to better serve the needs of our growing customer base. We are one of the areas

premier large rock transport company's serving the marine and civil construction

industry. With a transport fleet consisting of 11 tri-axle dump trucks, 1 road tractor,

and 2 trailers, we are able to effectively ensure your material needs are met on time,

every time.

Brian D. Wood Jr  -  Senior Sales & Project Management

Brian has served in a sales & managerial role within the industry for over 16 years. Brian has vast experience in properly dissecting a project during the initial design and bidding stages to ensure constructability, and cost effectiveness of each project. Brian has held a Maryland Contractors License, Delaware Contractors License, Virginia Contactors License, and a Maryland Marine Contractors License. He is also an OSHA certified instructor and MDE green card certified. When not in the office or onsite, Brian can be found fly fishing the Chesapeake Bay with his three sons.
